Neuronest opened its doors in Chiang Mai in 2021, when a small group of developers and educators noticed the same thing: a lot of people in Thailand were curious about AI and Python but couldn't find materials that matched their actual starting point. Most resources assumed either too much background or too little intelligence.
We set out to build something different — courses that meet learners where they are, with clear explanations, real projects, and enough support that nobody feels like they're figuring it out alone. Chiang Mai felt like the right home for that kind of school. It's a city with a growing community of independent learners, developers, and people building things on their own terms.
Today, Neuronest serves learners across Thailand and the wider Southeast Asian region. Our three courses cover the full range from absolute beginners picking up Python for the first time to experienced learners building out a portfolio of AI projects with mentor support.
We care about the quality of the learning experience over the number of enrolments. Small cohorts, thoughtful feedback, and an honest approach to what each course can and can't do — that's what we stand for.

AI education that fits real life in Thailand
Learning to work with AI and Python is becoming a genuinely useful skill across many fields — from data work and business automation to building personal projects and understanding tools that are reshaping how work gets done. At Neuronest, we've thought carefully about how to teach these skills in a way that suits learners based in Thailand and the broader Southeast Asian region.
Our three courses span a wide range of starting points. The First Steps in AI course assumes nothing beyond a willingness to follow instructions carefully. It introduces Python through small, practical tasks and explains AI concepts in plain language — no intimidating maths or assumed computer science background. Learners who've been through it consistently say the pace felt manageable and the exercises made sense.
Hands-On ML Projects steps things up for those who already know some Python and want to move from reading about machine learning to actually building things with it. Project-based learning with feedback is the core method here. You build, you get notes on what works and what could improve, and you build again.
The Guided AI Development Program is for learners who want to go further — covering model architecture, deployment fundamentals, and the kind of portfolio documentation that shows what you've actually built. Mentoring sessions and collaborative workshops mean you're not working through it alone.
Neuronest is a school for curious, self-directed learners who want real skills, not shortcuts. We're based in Chiang Mai and serve learners online throughout Thailand and beyond.
