Terms & Conditions
The rules and guidelines that apply when you use Neuronest's website and educational services.
Last Updated: 8 June 2025 | Effective Date: 8 June 2025
Please read these Terms carefully before using this website or enrolling in any course. They form a legal agreement between you and Neuronest. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected] before proceeding.
1Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following words have specific meanings:
2Acceptance of Terms
By visiting this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or enter into this Agreement. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on that organisation's behalf.
3Service Description
Neuronest provides online educational programmes in Python programming and AI development. Courses are delivered primarily through online platforms and may include written materials, video content, coding exercises, peer communities, and optional mentoring sessions depending on the course tier.
The Service is generally available to learners worldwide. Neuronest makes reasonable efforts to keep course materials available and up to date but does not warrant uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
Course content is intended for general educational and skills-development purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
4User Accounts
Enrolling in a course may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, please notify us promptly at [email protected]. Neuronest will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account use where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that show signs of misuse, breach of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.
5User Responsibilities
When using this website and our courses, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or enrolling in courses.
- Use course content for your own personal learning only, not for redistribution or resale.
- Treat other community members, mentors, and staff with respect in all interactions.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate course materials in a way that infringes our intellectual property.
Prohibited activities include: posting harmful, offensive, or misleading content in community spaces; attempting to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas; sharing login credentials with others; submitting another person's work as your own; and using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6Intellectual Property
All course materials, website content, branding, and design elements are the property of Neuronest or our content partners and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Upon enrolling in a course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own learning. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any course content.
Code you write yourself during course exercises is your own work. However, starter templates, exercise frameworks, and instructor-provided code samples remain the property of Neuronest.
7Payment Terms
Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are as follows at the time of publication:
First Steps in AI
฿3,400
Hands-On ML Projects
฿13,500
Guided AI Development
฿31,500
Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. By completing a payment, you agree to the payment provider's terms as well as these Terms. All fees must be paid in full before course access is granted.
Refund policy: Requests for a refund submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of course materials will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected]. Refunds are not available after 7 days or once substantial course content has been accessed.
Prices may be adjusted from time to time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.
8Course-Specific Terms
The following terms apply specifically to course enrolment and participation:
- Enrolment — access to a course begins once payment is confirmed. You will receive instructions via email.
- Access duration — unless stated otherwise at purchase, course access is provided for the duration outlined in the course description. Access may not be extended indefinitely.
- Certificates of completion — where a completion acknowledgement is offered, it reflects participation in a Neuronest educational programme. It is not a formally accredited qualification or degree.
- Academic integrity — submitted work should represent your own effort. Plagiarism or misrepresentation may result in removal from the course without refund.
- Mentoring sessions (Guided AI Development Program only) — mentor availability is scheduled in advance. Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
9Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care in preparing course content, Neuronest does not make any representations or promises about particular learning outcomes, skill levels achieved, or the suitability of content for specific professional purposes.
Course materials are for general educational purposes. They do not constitute professional advice in any field including but not limited to law, finance, medicine, or data security. Learners should use their own judgement when applying skills gained from courses in real-world contexts.
We do not warrant that the website will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times, though we make reasonable efforts to maintain a reliable and secure service.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Neuronest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or inability to use it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course to which the claim relates.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Neuronest, its directors, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of information, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact us at [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a way that could harm other users or Neuronest.
Upon termination, your licence to access course materials ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
13Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected]. We will make a genuine effort to resolve matters informally within 14 working days.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand, under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Where both parties agree, disputes may be referred to mediation through a mutually accepted mediator before proceeding to formal legal proceedings.
14General Provisions
15Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify enrolled learners by email.
Continuing to use the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept those changes. If you disagree with an update, please stop using the Service and contact us if you have enrolled in a course.
